United States Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller marked the one-year anniversary of President Donald Trump’s return to the White House with a sweeping tribute that framed the past 12 months as one of the most consequential periods in modern U.S. history, crediting Trump with what he called an unprecedented political comeback and a broad reversal of national decline.
In a post on social media, Miller said Trump’s victory one year ago came “after ten years of persecution, two near-assassinations, and the unrelenting wrath of the corrupt political class,” describing the election as an “earthquake” that shook the political establishment. “America saved. Providence fulfilled,” Miller wrote, casting the moment in historic and almost providential terms.
One year ago today, after ten years of persecution, two near-assassinations, and the unrelenting wrath of the corrupt political class, an earthquake shook the depraved establishment to its core: President Trump achieved history’s greatest and most astounding political victory.…

Miller went on to outline what he characterized as a rapid series of policy achievements during Trump’s first year back in office, asserting that the administration has delivered “one colossal win for America after another.” Among the areas he highlighted were border security and immigration enforcement, citing record deportations, as well as what he described as record reductions in crime, inflation, taxes, and the trade deficit.
He also pointed to economic and regulatory priorities, including increased domestic investment, native job growth, expanded energy production, and broad deregulation. Miller praised the administration’s rollback of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and what he called the dismantling of “woke supremacy,” along with efforts to reduce the power of the federal bureaucracy and the so-called “deep state.”
On national identity and culture, Miller said the Trump administration has revitalized patriotism ahead of the nation’s 250th anniversary, emphasizing moves such as designating English as the official language of the United States and what he described as the “resurrection of American culture.” He framed these actions as part of a broader reassertion of American sovereignty, global strength, and Western civilization.
Miller also credited Trump with reshaping U.S. foreign and defense policy, pointing to the revival of the Monroe Doctrine, the implementation of what he called the “Trump Doctrine,” and the administration’s claim that it has ended eight wars. He said Trump has restored the “unrivaled might and lethal dominance” of the U.S. armed forces, using military power to secure borders, target cartels, and confront foreign adversaries.
Looking ahead, Miller portrayed the administration as ushering in a new era of American leadership in space, technology, medicine, automation, computing, manufacturing, and other advanced industries, describing it as “the thrilling dawn of a new American age.”
“This IS the Golden Age of America,” Miller concluded, framing Trump’s first year back in office as not only a political turnaround, but the foundation for what he suggested will be a long-term transformation of the country’s direction.
