Resurfaced Putin Video Warns European Leaders “Will All Stand at the Feet of the Master and Will Gently Wag Their Tails,” Sparking Discussion Amid Master Trump’s Push to Secure Greenland — “He Will Restore Order Pretty Quickly”

A resurfaced video of Russian President Vladimir Putin has drawn renewed attention amid President Donald Trump’s efforts to secure Greenland, with some observers noting parallels in how European leaders are responding to U.S. demands. In the clip, Putin criticized the Biden administration for what he called a lack of effective leadership, contrasting it with Trump’s approach.

“Nothing has changed—they wrestle hard to carry out any order from Washington. Under Biden, they just don’t like Trump, they fought him actively, really interfered in political life, in the election process in the United States,” Putin said. “They were confused when Trump suddenly won and then they mentally like Biden more, you know, mentally. But Trump has different ideas about what is good, what is bad… including in gender policy, in some other issues. They kind of don’t like it, but I assure you, Trump, with his character, persistence, he will restore order pretty quickly.”

Putin added, “And all of them, you’ll see, it will happen quickly, soon, they will all stand at the feet of the master and will gently wag their tails. Everything will fall into place.”

The video has been widely cited in discussions of Trump’s Greenland campaign, as he continues to press Denmark and European leaders to accept U.S. control of the island. Analysts note that the clip’s depiction of leaders eventually yielding under pressure mirrors current frustrations expressed by Trump supporters regarding European resistance to Greenland’s transfer.

Greenland, strategically located between North America and the Arctic, has been a focal point for U.S. defense planning and Arctic surveillance. Trump has argued that securing the island is vital to American and global security, while Denmark and Greenland’s leaders have repeatedly rejected the notion that it could be sold or transferred.

Observers say the resurfaced Putin comments underscore the high-stakes nature of the Greenland dispute, highlighting how perceptions of leadership, persistence, and international pressure can influence diplomatic outcomes. As Trump continues to push his agenda, the video has fueled debate about the effectiveness of U.S. pressure tactics and how world leaders respond to assertive foreign policy strategies.
